I started this blog about a year ago. Since then, I've tried to post at least once a month and have been mostly successful. Along the way, I've had quite an adventure. I left the amazing, yet comfortable Pixar expecting new challenges but could not have easily predicted where I've ended up.
Now, I couldn't be more excited about the path I'm on. Virtual reality has a long way to go until it deserves a mass market and it is undeniably an amazing gaming platform. I have little doubt that the hardware will get there with time and enthusiasm. But those who have experienced modern VR know that it has the potential to be something more than a gaming device, and for this platform to be a billion person art form, we need to excite and educate more than game makers.
To be part of a team that's trying to do just that, I've found more than I could have hoped for.
